Like my Dress ??

Maya loves to get herself dressed in the mornings now. So this morning, she decided to put on this beautiful summer sun dress. Quite appropriate as it is already 90 degrees outside at 9:30 am. So I decided to snap a few photos of her in her pretty dress, and this one came out quite perfectly.

We Have Artistic Talent

For Mother's Day, 2007 , we all went to As You Wish, which is a cool art store in Phoenix. The concept is that you take a plain piece of ceramic, and design your own piece of art by painting and designing it. Then the store fires the stone in a kiln, and you pick it up in a few days.

We all decided to paint bowls, so that we would each have our very own special breakfast bowl.

Sedona Jazz Festival

In October 2006, we traveled up to beautiful Sedona, Arizona to attend our first Sedona Jazz Festival. It is a very nice jazz festival, and the setting in Sedona is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun and listening to some great jazz. The headliner from 2006 was Earl Klugh. In between listening to sets and drinking some good wine, we asked someone sitting near us to snap this photo.

Maya's 3rd Birthday

On January 8, 2007, Maya Antoinette turned 3 years old. We celebrated her birthday at Little Gym in Glendale, AZ. Maya and a few of her friends romped and climbed and played at the gym. Afterwards we had cake and ice cream.
